I'm sure tire questions have been asked a billion times here- but heres another.

2003 E320, has 225/55/16 Goodyear Eagle RS. I assume these are the OEM tires only have 40k miles on them. I get a lot of road noise- is that normal or is it time to replace the tires (they dont look terribly worn). Are these tires any good, and will changing them reduce the road noise- or is it just a noisy car?

Thanks in advance. Any advice on what the BEST tire is for Noise and Wet road handling would be appreciated.
