let me check and see if i can give some advise.

please keep on looking for answers because sometimes the same problem was already discussed.

 

A couple of minor things:
1. Your question about "auxiliary fans" is buried in a post about "harmonic balancer".
If you keep your questions to one per post, you get better results. Works especially well if the subject clearly relates to the question.

2. If a question in here is ignored, there are 3 main reasons.
==Your post arrived at an awkward time when few people had sufficient time to read it.
==Nobody that read your post understood the question sufficiiently to come up with an answer
==Nobody that read your post, and understood it, had an answer.
