Default suspension and tires

Have a 2000 E320 base. I'm considering installing an H&R suspension kit that advertises a drop of about 1.5" all round.

I planned on putting on 17x8's with 235/45/17 tires all round. I think stock offset is close to 35 and that's what I intend to stick with on the wheels.

Anybody have experience/knowledge about this set up and clearance or rubbing issues???

This is a pretty conservative modification and I wouldn't expect problems but it's worth a post.

Thanks

TBT

i've done lowering on a 99 e-class. your 00 should be same as mine in terms of gen'l
specifications and needs. your proposed set up sounds very docile in terms of the
ingrediants mentioned. i'd be surprised if you encountered problems.
