My 220E has developed severe sqeaking noises from the suspension. I cannot locate the source of the noise. If I bounce the car it squeaks or just turn the steering wheel. So cannot be sure if it's the shocks or the steering. A friend with the same model has the same problem. The car handles ok and performs ok but has this embarrassing squeak.. has anyone else had this problem and solved it ???

it sounds like a ball joint problem , what i would do is use some kind of needle and fill with ATF and squrit into boot and then bounce or move steering and see if noise goes away. only do 1 joint @ a time cause if noise goes away you know which one it is
