the other day i was driving my dads 05' e320 around and the steering column went down when i entered the car, however when i got out it didn't move back up. i can hear the motor running, and it will still move in and out, however it doesn't move up and down anymore.

Is this an easy fix?

how do i take the lower part of the dash off to take a look at it?

has anyone else had this problem?
