Default Starting Problems 87' 260 E

Hi all, I am new to the forum. I have an 1987 260E. This afternoon when I went to start it, the engine would turn over, and immediately die. I had a tune-up a few months ago (new distributor cap/plugs/wires/air filter). I have replaced the fuel pumps, the idle control valve and the HAV(?) valve. Fuel filter has been replaced regularly. Ran great yesterday. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Miles

Well you have change most of the obvious stuff.

Try disconnecting the battery overnight.

If that doesn't work, you are looking at probably an EZL issue or fuel distributor / air meter /eha problem.
