Default Standing Light Issue

I have a 1997 E320. My right standing light is out. The bulb is good (I've switched it with the left one to be sure). No fuses are bad. However, in checking the power, I find that the wire feeding it is only providing .002 volts. The left side (which functions)provides 12.50 volts. Why does my right side not receive voltage? Is there a good place to look?

probably the harness or connector. if it is your fog lights they have an updated harness and ground for the fog lite. if its your park light the one beside the headlight those harnesses go to crap to. both are very common issues with your car.
