On a 2003 Mercedes E320 can any one tell me what these item #s mean and what work do I have to perform before I reset "service C" .

No but may I suggest you either call 1-800-FOR-MERC or go to a local dealer and request a 'Maintenance Booklet' for your car if one is not part of your owner's manual package. It lists the requirements of the various Schedules A, B, C, etc. and a few items which are not part of any schedule. I pretty sure it's free but is a good thing to have even if it's a few bucks.
