Hi all, just wondering if someone could please instruct me on how to change the headlight fixture for my car. It is a 98 e320 and instead of cleaning them because they were all yellow, I just purchased new ones and before I have the dealer or a shop replace them I would like to try to myself.

Because you do not remove front bumper, it's fairly easy to replace your headlamps. Just need to remove screws that's holding the healamps in place; most are under the hood and there are few in the front.

How much did you pay for these headlights. I believe there is a new cleaning chemical/solvent in the market today, less expensive and will do a good job as if you purchase a new one. I'm not sure how easy it will be during cleaning. Is there anyone out threr who knows about this product?
