I am looking for some help - I would like to replace my brakes on my 2004 E500 4matic Wagon...

Based on what I have read on this forum - I will get genuine MB pads and roters.... I am pretty good with tools - I have done brakes jobs before but it has been a while....

When I do the actual replacement - I will take photos and place them here on this forum - however I need a little help:

1. Some web sites say you need to use a SDS tool in order to do this job - and deactivate something? could this be an issue?
2. Any tricks or hints that anyone can offer to help?
3. Am I crazy - and have this done by MB?

you can do it yourself. just when your doing the brake job dont open anydoors or activate anything in the car at all; make sure key is out of the ignition. youll be fine.
