Hi,

I have a Mercedes E240 Elegance 2003 model car

Recently and while driving , the engine switches off without any warning sign
I went to Bosch workshop and the car was tested thoroughly by a computer but without any clue!

They suspected the air intake sensor which was changed 3 days ago

Today the engine went off twice; first time for less than a second then the car was restarted by itself and the second time it went off and I had to restart manually

All of this happens while I am driving the car which is a very big risk not only for me but for my family and all other cars next to me

When I restart the car , it starts immediately as if there was no issue at all!

Any advice please on the cause of this problem
