In Southern Ca. I was able to get 2K below invoice, no problem I've heard some don't haggle, but I certainly did- talk to the internet sales manager.

 

I live in Nashville, Tennessee but bought a new 03' E320 over the phone from a dealership in Los Angeles, CA last June. They knocked $4,700 off the MSRP!!! It cost me $750 to have it shipped on auto carrier. All I did was call my contact up at the dealership, told him the color and options I wanted and he located me one within a few days.
