Default Odd Electrical Problem

I have a 99 E320 and I'm having some odd electrical problems. First - my side marker (drivers side) will work for a day after I change the bulb and then it quits (bulb is not burned out). I also have intermittent issues with dash bulbs, just a few. They work sometimes and then other times not; and another related issues - my brake lights and top LED brake light will all of a sudden stay on after I've stopped at a light. If I turn off the car and wait a few minutes they will reset. I've checked my fuses and all are fine.
One other thing; this is all when I have my lights on.

Anyone have any knowledge on a recall; harness issue; or seen this type of problem? Thanks for your help.

Guess you have a bad ground somewhere.
not sure where the ground points are on the E Class.
Check, clean, tighten any brown wire connections that look like ground tags.
e.g. Tower tops under bonnet. Near radiator. behind dash!
Alternatively the CAN (digital highway) has got water / corrosion into a connection somewhere.
Sorry can't help more.
Stuart.
