Folks,

I have an extensive collection of mp3 songs and mpg/avi videos and I am looking at options on playing external media and possibly transferring them over to the internal disk of 2010 E350.

The car comes with a cable for iPod and AUX input. However, I do not have an iPod/IPhone.

Some options that I found on the net:
1. Buy a new cable from the car dealer that can handle USB
2. Buy a PCMCIA card adapter + memory

For the money I would pay for any of these options, I might as well buy an iPod :-(.

I would appreciate your input on what you think is the best option.
