Default No throttle

Guys, My 06 CDI was happily going down the road when it simply stopped responding to the throttle pedal. Cranks fine and idles but when you press the pedal, nothing happens. Got lots of failures such as ESP & ABS. CEL came on. Ran my scanner on it and have lots of codes. On the ECM I have a 1611-2 which seems to be related to low voltage on the ECM from what I read.

Today I got more data. CEL is still on and won't clear. The only code I have on the ECM is 1611-2 which says "Check supply voltage(1) of sensors. Readout too small"

When I stream live data from the ECM for the pedal I get
Pedal value sensor channel 1 = 0
Pedal value sensor channel 2 = 14
They don't change when the pedal is pressed.

I had thought the 1611 code might be indicating that the pedal didn't have the correct voltage but I have 5.0 volts on pin 1 referenced to ground of the pedal. I don't have a wiring diagram to know the details of the sensors/connectors. If anyone has that, I would appreciate the sharing.

When I take the connector off the pedal, I get two new codes 1222-2 and 1234-2 which says "check the component sensor in component B37 accelerator pedal sensor - voltage too low". One code for each sensor on the pedal. This causes me to feel like the ECU is at least seeing some signal (no broke wiring) or these codes would not be there. When I reconnect it, they both go away.

On the ESP module I have a 5314 which says "The CAN message from control module motor electronics is invalid or implausible (accelerator pedal position)"

So I don't know what's causing the 1611-2 code yet and as I said above, nether channel registers on my scanner when the pedal is pressed although one of then shows 14% all the time. This is with the car running at idle.

Any thoughts?
