hello!!
Recently purchased a 1995 W210 for my son. He went to crank it but the starter wouldn't turn. it would start fine in neutral. after getting it started, he drove it for the rest of the day, and it worked fine (starting on park). i know there has to be a sensor going bad....but which one and where is it? any clues? Thanks in advance.
almost 300k miles on it.......

 

hard to believe that no one has had this problem....i must be the only one.....
