Hi everybody.
I'm from Portugal and in many searchs this forum seems to me the best in all Internet.
Because I'm the happy owner of a W210 wagon 300 TD '98 and because I'm interested in mechanic I want to participate in this forum.
After many chats with friends and colleagues, I decided to travel to Germany and buy 2 cars (one for me and the other for my brother) model W210 300 TD.
We drive all the way back and everithing was ok (3200 km). In Portugal my car starts loosing diesel near a injector. It was fixed. But now when I accelerate more I see a little leak of oil near the ecg valve.
I knhow it is not critical but I have a 2001 Mazda B2500 and a Samurai '86 and they don't loose anything
.
Someone with more experience with MB can tell me if it is the turbo or if is the O'ring of the ECG valve? (the garage changed this ring when fixed the diesel leak)
The car is 158000 km and is with very good look with all revisions in the dealer.
PS Sorry my english, but it's not my natural language.

it can only be from intake manifold.
the EGR is quite a hot area and oil cannot accumulate for long period of time.
it is attached to a mixing chamber, so the best way is by visual check.
only you can tell from where, what kind of oil, and many other tell-tale signs.

Well the oil is a drop or a "spray" near a ring below egr valve.
Maybe is from intake manifold. I'm going to take out the admission colector and see better.
This is serious? Problems with turbo? Only happens in full trottle.
I'm checking the oil and the level is the same in 500 km.
Cheers
