Nice looking forum here for Mercedes enthusiasts. I'm looking at purchasing a new sedan to add to my garage. Seriously thinking about the E350. I'll be pouring over this forum to get a feel for others experience, likes, dislikes and any known issues with the E Class. I've never owned a Mercedes and have owned BMW's for many years but not a sedan (M3, X5, Z4). I'm just thinking that Mercedes might offer more creature comforts, and a more luxurious ride than the driving machine experience. Love my BMW's just want to look at alternatives atthe price pointthe E350 falls into. Of course test drives of competing vehicles in the works.

I know how much frequent posters like to suggest to new users to SEARCH which I plan to do and appreciate any guidance or thoughts as I get started.

 

Buy a used 350 and reap the rewards of someone taking the hit for the first 10,000 miles.By then the car will be sorted out.
