Had my new E350 CDI Sport for just under 2 weeks.

Was torn between BMW 535d and E350CDI - but chose Benz for timeless appeal.

First impressions...love the aggressive front...

Done 4 x 150mile trips...one of which was road works and traffic all the way, ran at around 50 - 70mph the whole journey and averaged just over 46mpg...another time the roads were much clearer and averaged 39mpg but speeds will not be mentioned

...which brings me to my question...should I be running this baby in...?

On the whole - super frugal, super quick especially mid range acceleration on motorway, its like a train - never ending smooth power...and that's coming from someone who has come from a 4.4ltr petrol BMW 5 series which wasnt slow...!

Very pleased - but the F10 does look good too...
