Default Need help to fix AC in my 99 E320

Found no leaks. The AC compressor turns on for about 15 seconds and then goes off. Checked the pressure in the system with engine running and climate control turned on for the lowest temp. Low side has about 100 psi and the high side about the same. Any ideas ? I will appreciate your feedback.

low charge or too high charge. make surre you have the correct amount in there. most likely the problem is the wrong amount in the system
