Default My KE-Jetronic doesn't work

Hello.

I'm not sure if I use the right forum, but I have a serious problem with my 1986 M102

I have worked out the elektronics for the KE-Jetronic system, but it still won't work.

The fuel pump is working very well, I'm getting roud 12-13 PSI in to the fueldistributer and the primary-pressure regulator. Nothing gets out, either form the regulator to the tank, or from the fueldistributer to the fuel-injetion valve.

Does anybody know what the problem might be?
I've already tried both with and without the electronics connected. No difference.

Best regards
Daniel

There should be a screen type filter where fuel supply connects into your fuel distributor. Check if this is not cloged up with dirt or rust particles. There should be also some type of a check valve right next to it to prevent back flow or pressure drop. I believe fuel pump is checked by volume, how much fuel is able to pump in one minute not by pressure. It may act normal for few seconds plus 13 PSI is not much at all.
I may be wrong, my 1980 M110 engine has Jetronic fuel distributor with mechanical injectors that are opening at about 50-55 PSI.
