Message-car outline with arrow up center??

Message-car outline with arrow up center??
Now and then I get an error message that shows an outline of a car with sn arrow up the center and the words "Visit Workshop"
What does this message mean? How serious can it be? Should I stop driving it? It's an E-500, 2005 w/spoorts option.
