I’ve had a few issues with my EQE. The latest is that when putting vehicle into reverse (and R showing up as the gear selected), the vehicle will not move. It will go forward when D is selected but not reverse.
the breakdown assistance (the first time this happened) said this was a known issue and the car needed to be rebooted (left locked for 10 mins) and this seemed to sort the issue out the first few times.
the last time the issue did not correct and the vehicle had to be transported back to an MB workshop. They have done diagnostics and have no idea what the issue is and therefore what to do. Not a surprise as they have not been able to sort out others issues.
has anyone any idea how to resolve this?
