I have a 2011 E350. If anyone on the forum has a massage chair option and has had any problems with this, I'd appreciate hearing about them. Just recently my massage chair has a mind of its own. The power lights seem to stay on when leaving the car and one of the massage chairs features have stopped altogether.

 

I had E200 with these problems too, but the diller's center did everything for me, so I'm not sure what exactly was the problem
