I didn`t realized I bought Mobil 1 but 5W-40 until they put it on the car, it was supposed to be 0W-40. Is that a real problem for the car?

Not the ideal but I guess IMHO that one fill will be OK.

The 0w has a lower cold viscosity than 5w and MB's often suffer from cam / tappet noise on startup.
0w helps to keep this annoyance to a minimum by getting the oil to the parts that other oils don't get to (Hienekin advert in the UK) more quickly.

Sorry for keeping this thread so long. I always like my cars to run perfectly, let`s see what happens when I start it today. Thank u all. By the way I have never heard about cleaning the fuel inyectors in MBs like other cars. Is it necessary to clean them at certain mileage?

The engine noise on start up was the same as before. The Mobil 1 they put was 5W-30, I'm not happy but I feel sorry for these guys, they want to flush the engine and put the 0W-40, but I'm sure it is not necessary. Maybe what I'll do is make the next oil change at only 4000 miles.
