Lost my KEY!!!

Last week, I lost my key for my E320 (2004 model). ![Frown](https://mercedesforum.com/forum/images/smilies/frown.gif)
Knowing that dealer sells the key at ridiculous price, I searched thru Ebay and found out there are many keys for sale. Obviously most are used and metal key is cut already (problably from lost and found or who knows....stolen?
), but since I only need remote and electric key function only, I am considering these from Ebay. Is this worth buying? Would a dealer program this? Any opinions?
thanks in advance.

you can't use those Ebay keys.
if you can afford to buy a mercedes-benz, you must be able to afford the $300 key from the dealer.
they will also dis-able the lost key so it cannot start the engine.
