Default Looking To Purchase E320 (2004/2005)

Hey everyone.. Newbie here..

I just sold my car and am looking at purchasing a E320. Any advice?

I just visited a dealer and they were offering a 2004 black on black with Navi for 26,000.. Does this seem a little high?

They also have a 2005 with the same mileage.

What got me is that Mercedes is offering 1.9% financing on used cars.. That is amazing.

Any problems I should know about and what do you think a fair price is...

Regards,

Dennis

Hey teksp0rt,
I have had 5 of the E-320's over the last 10 years. I must say that Chrysler has had a big bad influence on the MB durability scale. I still love the cars but here is what one should be aware of: early front end component failure...upper/lower ball joint wear at 50K. Electrical ghosts primarily caused by bad connectors in rear fuse block, ride control level issues, brake fluid brakedown at 50K and as always, the catalytic converters will start rattling at around 78K and MB knew they were JUNK!($2000). If you can buy this car for reasonable money then these are not big issues, but if you are getting such a great "deal" ask why?
