lights not working on speedo consule , and center consule, checked bulbs and most seem ok , cant understand why they have all stopped working.

 

had similar trouble the other week, got the book out and checked fuses etc all ok.

I had accidentally brushed against the thin little **** to the side of the speedo and other dials, whilst wearing gloves and wiping some dust away. It controls the brightness, and I had turned it right down. Wasn't a problem at the time, because it was daylight. Because it's something I have never touched for years, I'd forgotten it was even there.
