L.e.d's for replacement bulbs???
1998 E320. Has anyone used led's as replacement bulbs? Looking to install as brake and turn signal bulbs to brighten up rear. These bulbs have a built in resistor. Will they cause any issues? Will they cause the obnoxious"bulb out" display to come up? Thanks
You don't want them. The reflectors were not designed for led pattern and the light output will be less bright and viewed from off angles might not be even visible.

has applications for brighter tail and brake lights, side marker lights and special diadem turn bulbs that look clear until you turn on the directionals and then they blink amber.
also H7 headlight bulbs for all high and low beams if you don't have HID that are H7 bases with H9 burners and don't give malfunction warnings and at 65 watts are much brighter then standard H7. and selective yellow euro spec fog bulbs that really cut through the rain and fog.
