INSTRUMENT CLUSTER BULB REPLACEMENT
E-class 280av grd1997
One of the dash illumination lights has gone, leaving the bottom right of the cluster a bit dim. Not the most serious of problems I realise BUT it's very anoying !
So before I go takeing everything apart and basically making a mess of my dash , does anyonehavean idea of how to replace these.

You need MB instrument cluster removal tool. You can buy this on-line including. You can find it on-ebay. Be careful not to damage the dash. There are different types of bulbs depending on which one is out. You can buy the bulbs from MB dealer or on-line.
