Default I am ...

thinking of buying a 2003 e500, I am new to these cars and I am wondering I you guys can tell me some information on them or where I can find out more information on them. I have read some of the horor stories on here of them but are they all that bad with the electrical problems, and pulling to the right, or is this just an isolated case? Also is there anything that I should check out on the car before I buy it, it is a 2003 e500 with 40,000 kms looks to be in mint shape and is one of the nicest cars I have ever driven. Are the services on these cars expensive and are the services often or problematic? I was looking for a bmw 745 before I came upon this one and it rides better by far. If there is any onformation you can give me it will be greatly apreciated as I know almost nothing of these cars. Thanks in advance Danny.

Default I own a 03 E500

I don't care what consumer reports has to say on the E500. Mine at 49000 miles has been trouble free. I did not buy the navigation system which is where many software issues were. The car gives 22 mpg at 75 mph. Performance is great, almost as but not quite as my Corvette. Really nice car.

See my negatives on Mercedes corporation in General on Certified used questions or email me if you like. Jim
