Does anyone know how to get the codes out of the OBD1 system in this car? Nothing seems to work very well.
I need some very specific instructions as to when and how long to press the button next to the lcd red light, ect. This can't be too difficult or can it?

 

To get you started, turn ignition key to the ON (not start) position. Press the button 2-4 seconds, then read the number of flashes.

 

I tried it and I got the code.
Only thing was on mine I had to wait and just before a click under the hood then I pressed the button and I got the code. Otherwise it wouldn't give me any codes.
