Could someone please describe , specifically , where the fasteners for the lower dash cover are located so that I may access the ignition switch and replace the electrical part ? I can see the screws that hold the lower edge , but I am uncertain where the upper fasteners are and I do not want to break the 15 year old plastic trying blindly to remove the lower panel . I grasp the procedure to actually replace the electrical switch and I have that part in hand , but I need help in accessing it . Thank you very much . Bart Cook
