Horn Stopped working

Horn Stopped working
The horn on my 2000 E320 stopped working and I'm looking for guidance as to how to determine the problem and solution.
I ran a wire from the battery directly to the horn and got sound. I couldnt determine what or if there is a fuse for the horn.
What should I do next?
