Hi, Sorry for my ignorance.
The horn of the W210 is not working properly, it now sounds weaker. It seems that only one is working. Does it have 2 horns? I can only see the first one in front of the grille. Where is the other one? I'll try to replace them myself.

horn always comes in pair both on goat and W210.

replace them both. find the other one on the lower area of right headlamp.

I was able to do it.

It was kinda difficult to reach the 2nd horn under the headlight. I jacked up the car and was able to place the new horn beside the old one. It is very difficult to remove that old one since I think I have to remove the headlights to have access to the bolts holding the horn.

So, the old OEM horn was a FIAMM brand. Hmmmm. I wonder why ITALY is famous for Horns?
