high mount brake light replacement
Hi,
I have an '06 E500 and noticed one of the bulbs in the high mounted brake light is out. The owner's manual says to have it replaced by an authorized dealer, but obviously don't want to do that for just one bulb.
I'm thinking either the trunk liner has to be removed along with the plastic rail guards, or the brake lens pops out somehow. The liner seems the logical way to go, but I'm afraid to start unsnapping all those little plastic snaps only to learn there is an easier way to go.
Can anyone offer suggestions?
