It's been a long drawn out ordeal that should have started w/ an appointment at my local benz dealership-but it didn't! I recenlty replaced the tumbler and lock set and man was it a nightmare. The details are unecessary but The whole steering column ended up being dismantled and the thing that goes around the lock set was chizzled off with a drimel. .... Probably the round-a-bout way but it'done, the new lock is installed but I don't know how to rewire it all! I tried and was wrong. I looked in my performance magazine but the diagram wasn't that detailed. I have been w/o this car for entirely too long and desperately need to get it back on the road. I am almost there= andy help would be much appreciated!
