Pleas help. Any body knows were the back up light switch on 98 E320 is located? Non of my back up lights illiminate when I shift in reverse. The wires, bulbs and fuse are ok. It leaves the switch. I removed the cover in shift area and the only thing looks like a switch in RP valve.

 

The neutral safety, or "inhibitor"switch [NSS] is typically located on the side of the transmission and has the contracts for the back up lights. You have to get at it from underneath the car.
