Default Help - Brake pad replacement?

Is it pretty simple to do yourself? Do you need any special tools?

How about suggestions for the best replacement pads to buy?

Or is it best to get done at the dealer? Thanks!

Cheap pads and rotors = squealing brakes like you have never heard in your life. I was so embarrased by the squealing that I had to get them all redone. Lesson learned.... don't cut corners on your brakes. Period. DIY or go to someone who uses genuine MB parts. OhLord really knows his stuff too, so if you follow his DIY lead on the brands etc... I'm sure that it'll work just as well. Gotta love it when you have to spend $ on brakes. Drive safely![:@]
