Hey guys how are you thank you for such a forum like this.I am a fan of Merc W210s because of their level of technology as compared to todays cars.But the reason is in my family,i was taught how to do DIY stuff on cars but i want to take my knowledge to the next level by this xperiment.I have pics of a W210 that i want to purchase but the engine and gearbox are stored in the trunk because the engine had a problem.The gearbox doesnt look nyc as well.I would want to restore this merc to its former glory by building it by myself with help from friends.Is this a good idea or not
