Default Headlight assembly installation

Hi, I just bought a new headlight assembly to replace my ugly 02 E320 headlight assembly. I thought I can install the new one as long as I can remove the old one. After I removed3 screws that I can see from top and front, it seems there still have some screws that I could not reach under the headlight housing. Does anyone knows the procedures to remove the headlight assembly? Do I have to remove the front bumpercover first? Thanks!

That is for W124, not W210.
If u removed all the screws from under the hood, u need to remove the piece right above the front bumper, between the oval lights. Once u pull that out, u'll see there is another 2 screws there. You have to remove them as well to remove the headlights.

I paid $80 forthe professional installation this afternoon. They did jack the car up and removed the entire front bumper cover to access the screws under the headlight housing.
