I have 2003 E320 with sports package which puts the halogen lights on the two major bulbs but not the ones right next to it, i cant explain what lights very well but heres a picture of them, whats the size of the bulb and what bulb should i go with to make all the lights on the front halogen?

 

H7 should be the "high" beam.

W5W or H5W should be the smaller city light. You may want
to pop it out to see. I've encountered two, 1999 E320s....one
had H5W and the other W5W. Was quite surprised by this.
W5W has the flat base, whereas the H5W has bayo.
