I have a 92 300e with a 2.6 ltr, and when I attempt to start it, it takes several attemps before the car starts. If I turn the key to the pre-start on position for several seconds before accually turing the key all the way to the start position, it requires less attemps. on average it takes about 6 attemptsbefore the car starts. I only changed the spark plugs.
