GPS Upgrade
I have a 04 E500 with Comand DVD Plus (without navigation) Can this be upgraded to GPS by adding The Dvd player in the trunk?
Lucky Me I also have a useles phone system, is there anything I can do for it?

My E350 '05 also came bare like yours 
but I did have the GPS and TEL buttons on the dash. So, I took a chance and bought the parts on eBay and now I have: GPS, Phone and also Voice Control 
These parts assume that some basic wiring for these options is already in place (i.e. installed when the car is manufactured). Unfortunately the dealer is typically of no help here, as I was told (even after they looked up my VIN) that the wiring was not in my car when it obviously was. My opinion is if the buttons are there, then the basic wiring will also be there.
