Default Fuse for 300E; impossible to find.

I just bought a 1990 300E Mercedes. Of course two days after buying it, the air conditioner fuse blew. It takes a 30 Amp flat fuse or what some call a fuseable link. Does anyone know where I can find this?

I can not find it anywhere on the net and there do not appear to be any junkyards near me.

Thanks for the help.

im guessing but i think there is a fuse all by itself under the hood next to or in front of the left side/driverside shock tower. very close to the fender, it has a black square/rectangle shape about 1 in. by 2 in. pop off the lid and youll see the fuse

No, they do not. But fortunately the dealer does and they are only $5 each, but it did fix the problem.

Thanks guys.
