Where is the fuel filter located in a 1997 mercedes benz e320?

Also is there a drain on the engine block to drain the coolant from it? If so where?

Bottom of car, driver side, under your rear passenger seat. Easy replacement, just remove the plastic cover. Unclamp carefully because fuel probably is under pressure. Can't help you w/the coolant drain.
