We have an E class 2004 mercedes
We keep getting a flat battery, the command radio comes on by its self we charge frequently and get below the suggested 12.6 even as low as 9.6 at times.
Can anyone help please, we have taken it to mercedes for a diagnostic but they did not come up with anything other than the radio.

Hello and welcome to the forum! Have you also checked the secondary, auxiliary battery The auxiliary battery supplies power for a limited time if system charging or battery voltage drops. Did you dealer test your alternator as well? Take a look at the links below for some info and a guide if you're able to DIY the issue.
