There are two dust/pollen filters located in one spot behind the glove box. Remove the screws in the glove box (4 to 6 of them depending on your model). The glove box won't slide out easily, there are two plastic clips at the top holding it in, I used a plastic spatula to gently pry down on the glove box while I pulled out each side, Once removed, there is a sliding latch on a little plastic door, remove the door, and you'll see one of the two filters, the other is next to it.
