I have 1997 E300D with 207000 miles. Had to replace alt. last month. After alt. was replaced started getting vibration/noise from front of engine. Noise would stop when steering wheel was turned. Replaced power steering pump, thought it was going bad as well. Still has Noise, but it gets better when steering wheel is turned. Any Clues?
