E350 M272 (2009) Hydraulic Lifter Replacement Advice SoughtVIN WDBUF56X39B376564

I have a slight engine vibration that is evident at around 2000-2100 Rpm, there is a ticking at start up until what I believe is the lifter charging with oil, and a compression loss in cylinder 3 15 psi. I have replaced harmonic balance, all the motor mounts are good. The start up noise is the give away.
I have researched the issue and will replace the lifters in the bank were cylinder 3 resides.
Questions:
What is the torx socket size that fits in the back of the cam to hold it in place (50-60, or 65)?
Is there a document that has the torque specs for the valve cover and sequence, and also the exact pattern to put the gasket bead?
Any documents, or opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You
